BuilderClips is a service of Subtide Agency. By using it you agree to these terms.

The service

BuilderClips lets marketing agencies collect job-site photos and videos from their contractor clients via tokenized upload links delivered by text message.

Your responsibilities

• Only add mobile numbers of people who have given express consent to receive texts. When no consent is on record, BuilderClips asks the person to confirm by text before recurring messages start.
• Only upload media you have the right to share.
• Keep your login credentials secure.

Messaging

Reminder texts are service messages, not marketing. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply.

Content

Uploaded media belongs to the uploader/their business and is licensed to their marketing agency for the marketing purposes agreed between them. We store it privately and don't use it for anything else.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subtide Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
