BuilderClips Privacy Policy

BuilderClips is a service of Subtide Agency ("we", "us") that helps marketing agencies collect job-site photos and videos from their contractor clients.

What we collect

• Account data — names, emails, and business contact details of agency users and their clients.
• Mobile numbers — used only to text upload links and reminders. Numbers are stored encrypted; logs show masked numbers only.
• Uploaded media — photos and videos clients choose to upload, stored privately. Original files retain their metadata (including location data) so job sites can be organized and mapped for the client's own marketing.

Text messaging

We send texts only to people whose consent is on record — either express written consent or a reply of YES to a one-time confirmation text. Every recurring message includes opt-out instructions. Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; reply START to resume. Message frequency varies (typically one reminder per day); message & data rates may apply.

What we don't do

• We never sell personal information.
• We never use client phone numbers for advertising or marketing to that person — texts are service messages (upload links and reminders) only.
• Media is private to the client and their agency; it is used for the client's own marketing as agreed between the client and their agency.

Deletion

Agencies can remove a client at any time, which stops all texting and disables their upload link, and can permanently delete a client's contact details. Contact your agency, or email us at the address below, to request deletion.
